FIT Meeting

The first step in working with our team is a FIT Meeting, a 60-minute session designed to determine if we're the right fit for each other. During this meeting, we'll discuss your financial and lifestyle goals, review your investable assets, and assess our compatibility as a team. The FIT process ensures that both sides are fully committed to building a long-term relationship based on mutual understanding and trust.

Discovery Meeting

Our next step is the Discovery Meeting, where we’ll take a deeper dive into your financial situation. We’ll start by collecting your account statements, estate documents, and insurance policies. We’ll also talk through your goals and gather any other relevant information to begin crafting your financial plan. This meeting is essential for setting expectations and outlining the road ahead.

Implementation Meeting

This is where the core of our new client experience truly comes to life. We’ll begin by transferring your assets, discussing protection strategies, identifying tax-saving opportunities, and setting clear financial goals. Once your assets are in place, we’ll take a comprehensive inventory of all your accounts, review your portfolio allocation, and provide any additional recommendations related to your investments, tax strategies, estate planning, or insurance needs.

Welcome to the Family Call

Within the first 30 days, we’ll check in with you to gather your feedback and ensure you're comfortable with our progress. This touchpoint also allows us to get to know you better and make sure our services are meeting your expectations.

First Review

Within 60-90 days of starting our relationship, we’ll have our first review meeting. During this session, we’ll reconfirm your risk tolerance, revisit your goals, and review your financial plan in light of current economic conditions. We’ll also address any operational tasks, such as ensuring you have Account View access and handling any outstanding requests. Most importantly, this meeting gives us a chance to catch up and discuss any personal or professional changes that have occurred since our last conversation.
